There are countries in Europe doubting the territorial integrity of Azerbaijan. We did not accept it. Azerbaijan’s territorial integrity must be reflected in all documents. Now, we have made offer to the European Union on strategic partnership. A mandate in this regard may be given by the year-end. There is such a plan”.
