APA Secretary General’s Congratulatory Messages on the Arrival of Nowruz

On the arrival of the ancient feast of Nowruz, APA Secretary General, Dr. Majidi cabled separate messages of congratulation to the APA Parliament Speakers and Heads of Tehran-based Diplomatic Missions of the Member Countries who celebrate Nowruz.

In part of his message to the Parliament Speakers, Dr. Majid referred to Nowruz as a manifestation of unity, peace and love and called this ancient festivity a blessed occasion that has greatly contributed to cultural diversity and friendship among peoples and different communities.

In the message addressed to the Heads of Tehran based Diplomatic Missions, APA Secretary General congratulated the International Day of Nowruz as an splendid occasion which marks the arrival of spring and renewal of the nature.

Dr. Majidi called this traditional feast a great opportunity for convergence and togetherness in a bid to better recognize the notion of our shared destiny.

APA Secretary General concluded his message, wishing a very happy and prosperous new year for all the friendly peoples of Asia.
